Yessica Woahneil is a notable musician here in London. While playing majority folk music, being invited to the Ontario Folk Alliance, she recently has been trying something new. Feeding off completing the ‘riff a day’ challenge in which she either created a new riff or learned a cover each day, Yessica has released a collection called “music to bite your nails and spit them out to”.
You may have seen Yessica before as she has performed at home county folk festival, JunoFest and Grickle Grass. She has also gone on tour to the UK with fellow (former-Londoner) musician Megan Arnold.
